Booking and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing the Fények és Kövek guesthouses. Below you will find the most important information regarding booking, payment, and cancellation.
Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total accommodation fee, payable by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due on the day of arrival, also via bank transfer. Your booking will be considered final once the deposit has been received.
Guest Information Submission
In accordance with Hungarian law, all guests must be registered in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us the following personal details for each guest no later than 2 days prior to arrival:
- full name
- permanent address
- date of birth
- nationality
- ID card or passport number
- expiration date
All data will be handled confidentially and used solely to comply with legal obligations.
Cancellation Policy
Regular periods (September – May):
- Full refund for cancellations at least 10 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations within 10 days, the deposit (50%) is non-refundable.
Peak periods (June, July, August):
- For cancellations within 15 days, the deposit (50%) is non-refundable.
- For cancellations within 4 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the full accommodation fee is payable.
