General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the use of accommodation services provided by Lights and Stones Guesthouses (hereinafter: the Service Provider).
1. Booking process
Bookings are made via email or written confirmation. A booking becomes final when the guest transfers the deposit amount (50% of the total price).
2. Payment terms
Deposit: 50% upon booking confirmation
Remaining 50% payable by bank transfer on the day of arrival
3. Cancellation policy
Regular periods (September–May):
Full refund: cancellation at least 10 days before arrival
Cancellation within 10 days: deposit is non-refundable
Peak periods (June, July, August):
Cancellation within 15 days: deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation within 4 days or no-show: full accommodation fee is payable
4. Guest data submission
Guests must provide the personal details required by law at least 2 days before arrival, for registration in the VIZA system.
5. Conditions of use
Guesthouses are provided for the period stated in the confirmation. By finalizing the booking, the guest accepts the house rules, available on the accommodation’s website and on-site.
6. Force majeure
The Service Provider accepts no liability for unavoidable external events (e.g., weather, epidemics, government restrictions) that prevent the service from being fulfilled.
