Arrival and Departure

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please vacate the house by 10:00 AM, so we can prepare it with care for our next guests.

Keys

You will find the keys in the key safe. Please return them to the same place upon departure.
In case of loss, notify us immediately – replacement and lock change costs will be charged to the guests.

Our Guest Units

The Dusk House (Alkonyi Ház) is located at the front right side of the garden.
It consists of two separate, double-occupancy units: to the left is the Moss room (Moha), to the right is the Lichen room (Zuzmó).
The Lichen unit includes a small enclosed private garden – the seat cushions can be found in the black storage box.
The Dawn House (Hajnali Ház) is located at the far end of the garden, on the left side, directly beside the pool. It contains one four-person unit.

Parking

Parking is available only on the street.
Two cars can park side-by-side in front of the large grey gate.
A shaded spot under the poplar tree by the stone wall fits a smaller vehicle.

Please park so others can fit beside you.
Do not block neighboring gates or garage entrances.
If no other space is available, you may park at the end of the street, near the vegetable gardens in the direction of the Stone Sea (Kőtenger).

Important: Do not open the large grey gate.

House Rules

Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment.
No items may be taken from the house. Any damage must be compensated by the person responsible or their legal guardian.
We cannot take responsibility for personal valuables.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
In the garden, you may smoke away from doors and windows.
Please always dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.

Before Leaving, Please:
• Turn off the lights
• Lock all doors
• Return the keys to the key safe
• Use the air conditioning efficiently and environmentally consciously

Heating

Lighting the tile stoves is strictly prohibited.
Heating is provided via a gas boiler and air conditioning units with heating function.

Garden and Environment

Please do not lock the garden gate with the sliding bolt – use the key instead, so other guests can also enter.
A young man may quietly take out the bins from time to time – don’t be alarmed.
We take great care of our plants – please admire them, but do not tend to them.
No open fires are allowed.

The grill may be used, but please follow fire and safety regulations.
After use, close the gas cylinder and cover the grill.

Pets

Pets are welcome only with prior agreement, and for an additional fee and cleaning charge.
They are allowed in the house if this is how they live with you at home.

Please do not leave pets unattended – neither in the house nor in the garden.
Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Peace and Safety

After 10:00 PM, please respect quiet hours both in the house and in the garden – for the sake of other guests and village residents.
Children under 12 must not be left unsupervised in the house or garden.
Guests under 18 may not smoke or consume alcohol.

Pool Use

The pool may be used at your own risk.
Parents, please supervise children who cannot swim.
The pool has a uniform depth throughout and may be dangerous for small children and pets.

We provide separate towels for pool use – please use these only in the garden and for sunbathing.

Pool maintenance takes place quietly on Thursday mornings and takes about 20 minutes.

Waste Collection

• Household waste: green bin
• Recyclables (paper, plastic, metal): yellow bin
• Compost: front right corner of the garden
• Glass: please take to the designated collection point in Mindszentkálla
• Upon departure, please empty all bins into the appropriate containers.

Wi-Fi

Several networks named “fenyek es kövek” are available in the house and garden.
Password for all: coldbrew

Guests

The guest house is available only to pre-registered guests.
If there are any changes in the number or identity of guests, please consult the host.

Longer Stays

For stays longer than one week, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning, fresh bed linen, and towels.

Final Note

These houses and gardens are our home – a place shaped with care and heart, which we are happy to share with you.
Please treat them with love – as we do.
