if you love the early hours and the first rays of sun touching your coffee cup, this house will feel like home.
Ideal for families or smaller groups of friends, the Morning House includes an open-plan living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and an additional toilet upstairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen: electric stove, fridge, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and milk frother.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed if needed. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms offer large, comfortable double beds. Please note: the staircase is quite steep—young children should be supervised, and older guests are advised to use caution.
Garden access and shared spaces The Morning House has its own private terrace with table and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining and toasting under the sky.
Garden furniture, hammocks, sun loungers, and the pool are shared with guests staying in the other house.
Of course, this house is pet-friendly. Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome in both the house and the garden upon prior arrangement.

From the rooms of the Evening House, you can gaze into the garden and watch the golden rays of the afternoon and setting sun filtering through the trees—that’s how the house got its name.
The Evening House features two separate apartments for two people each, which can be rented together or individually. Both units have air conditioning and a private bathroom with toilet.
„Zuzmó” apartment
Located on the right side of the house, this apartment is named after the beautiful light grey ceramic stove in the room.
It features a double bed and a wide bench that can also serve as an extra bed. The room opens onto the large shared garden as well as a small, private “secret garden”—once lovingly named the “Fairy Garden” by children. This little oasis comes with comfortable outdoor furniture and is perfect for peaceful moments.
„Moha” apartment
Located on the left side of the house, this apartment is name is inspired by the green ceramic stove in the room facing the inner garden.
It has a large double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

the studio – event venue
The Lights and Stones garden also includes a separate studio building with a unique atmosphere, available for smaller events of up to 20–25 people. Upon request, we are happy to provide a personalized offer for decoration and catering.

Can be rented in its entirety with both bedrooms for exclusive use, or—if preferred—the Moha and Zuzmó apartments can be booked individually.

This two-storey, two-bedroom house is ideal for 4–5 guests and is always rented to one group at a time for complete privacy.
The Entire Retreat – Lights and Stones
Both guest houses can be rented together, making the garden and pool available exclusively for larger groups of 8–10 guests. We offer a custom discount for full-retreat rentals depending on the length of stay.
